A Complete Digital Product Factory
WorkXP proposes to establish a dedicated Software, Web & Mobile App Factory as a new digital-products business unit. The Factory will continuously design, develop, test, package, market and monetize software products rather than relying only on client-by-client development projects.
The unit will create products that can be sold directly through a WorkXP-owned product website and through established marketplaces for themes, plugins, templates, scripts and applications. Selected products may also be launched as hosted services, subscription platforms or free/freemium applications that generate recurring revenue through subscriptions, licensing, advertising, premium features or other approved monetization models.
The proposed model creates an intellectual-property portfolio for WorkXP: one product can generate revenue repeatedly, across multiple markets, without requiring the team to rebuild the same solution for every client.
